This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach with plenty of places to shop and eat really close. The best part for me is they had all the beach things you needed in the condo. We could use the beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach blanket etc. They had everything you need so we didn't have to worry about trying to find and buy or bring beach things with us. I have stayed in a lot of beach vrbo's and this one was by far the best stocked for spending multiply days on the beach.

Location was good. Unit, while somewhat updated could still use work. Building was drab. It worked fine for our family of four for our purposes but probably wouldn’t book again.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The only suggestion I would make would be to replace the screens to the balconies. However, once outside, the view was wonderful!

We flew in from the East Coast & met m son & his family who flew in from Northern CA. We all enjoyed escaping our respective cooler winters for a few days and exploring some of the many parts of San Diego. There was truly something for each of us, and we all enjoyed being on the ocean. The condo was perfect for us. If I have one negative it’s that the demographic of the neighborhood is heavily collegiate and there was quite a bit of partying happening late at night & into the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise a great stay.

The condo was a fabulous location, close to everything. I didn't need to rent a car. The condo was clean and well organized. Justin was a wonderful host. I enjoyed the sound of the ocean from the den or bedroom.

Extremely clean, very well furnished throughout including kitchen essentials & accessories, excellent security for the building and condo, a short walk to shopping -including groceries, restaurants and local attractions, owners were very responsive when we reached out with questions. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend this unit.

Our hosts were amazing - met our needs. The place worked well. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working which was a bit disappointing. Very close to beach. Would have liked a patio that you could sit out on but otherwise very nice.

Communication with property owners and check in and out were clear and simple. Area was very close to beach, shopping, dining and nightlife. I would recommend this property for a couples getaway or family vacation.

The condo is very nice with one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental. My only minor complaint is that it can be noisy at night, but that just comes with the area it’s in. The noise didn’t last all night, it was usually pretty quiet by midnight. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for 7 nights. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and comfortable. The decor is beachy yet tasteful. The place was fully stocked with anything you would need to feel at home, to prepare any meals or relax and veg in front of the TV. We loved the beach chairs and equipment they had in the condo and used it almost daily. We had a few technical issues but the host was quick to respond and address the issues and help resolve them quickly. We loved it here, felt very relaxed during our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We brought our teenage son and his friend out to relax at the beach and do some college tours. The location can't be beat! Right at the beach, with lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops, plus a supermarket. The boys had a lot of fun using the boogie boards from the condo. I liked that it was back one building from the boardwalk, it felt a bit quieter there, but still allowed for peekaboo views of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was very responsive and has a great book detailing procedures (easy!) and has spot-on dining recommendations.

This property was perfect right on Pacific beach, our time was pretty seem less from check in to check out. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and gift shops. The condo also had everything you could think of for the beach. Beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, ice chests, boogie and skim boards and more

Convenient for access to beach, restaurants, freeways and downtown San Diego. Met some neighbors in the elevator - nice folks. Cleanliness of apartment was wonderful. Concise directions for access to building and parking garage, as well as how to get televisions to work. .Nice full kitchen, dining area and living room space.

Property was exactly as described. It is in the heart of PB with plenty to do all around you. Nice view of the ocean and the pier. Boardwalk is just outside the door. Really enjoyed our stay!

Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. No AC but as the host told us, we opened the doors and San Diego weather cooled it down (couldn’t do that in AZ!) the views were amazing. We were comfortable and loved being so close to the beach and places to eat. Hosts were quick to reply to questions and we are grateful to have been able to stay here. Thank you Justin and Barrett!

This condo is in a perfect location - steps to beach, close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds and furniture are comfortable. LR tv takes a while to master connection to Spectrum cable, we could never figure out BR tv’s. Overall, a comfortable convenient place to enjoy Pacific Beach

Just AMAZING!! Steam cleaned carpets on arrival, so clean and such great decorations! So many board games for kids, great floor plan layout for families. Seriously a 3 min walk to the beach, unreal. It was PB, so we did have a homeless man yelling kill me for 1-3 hours on Sunday 3AM at night, very unreal, but that's the location not his awesome condo.

The condo was in a great location. In the heart of Pacific Beach and in front of the ocean right near Crystal Pier. Place was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking situation is great in a private parking garage. The kitchen was fully stocked with most spices, utensils and pota and pans you'd need. The views of crystal pier from the living room are beautiful. Everything is remodeled and clean. We hope to stay again soon.

The main thing I look for when staying by the beach is proximity to the beach so I can hear the waves at night. This condo fit that perfectly. Close to so many restaurants and shopping too. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo is very cozy and comfortable, especially the bed after a long day. They had many games to choose from as well. Justin gets right back to you and answers all your questions. I will definitely stay here again.

The unit is very nicely decorated which was good since I had very rainy weather. It was very cozy to snuggle up and read but also convenient to the beach when the rain stopped. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook. Restaurants and stores are conveniently close.
